New Machines

DMG HMC

  • We have three new DGM horizontal machining centres due to arrive at our new facility during June 2024 with highest stability, precision and dynamics. The machines comprise of one NHX 4000 and two NHX 5000 both giving high rigidity and maximum performance in all areas.
  • The NHC 4000 and NHX 5000 compact precision horizontal machining centers are the perfect combination of functionality, productivity and precision. The work piece spectrum is wide, thanks to the 400mm pallet (for the NHC 4000) that has a work area of 560 x 560 x 660mm and a 500mm pallet (for the NHC 5000), which can handle work pieces up to 800 mm in diameter and 1,000 mm in height with a 730 × 730 × 880 mm work area.
  • The NHC 4000 / 5000, with its stepped traveling column and host of other innovative features, is a truly exceptional horizontal machining center. The high precision demands of the NHC 4000 / 5000 is reflected in its roundness accuracy of < 1.7 microns (X / Y at 2,000 mm/min feed rate and 100 mm radius), with impressive speeds for maximum productivity. This allows for linear axes with up to 60 m/min and acceleration of up to 9 m/s²

DMG DMU 50 with Robo2Go Milling

  • Ever since the DMU 50 was developed over 20 years ago, standards and requirements have been increasing. The 3rd generation of the DMU 50 meets the needs of 5-axis machining of the future and is characterised by innovative mechanical engineering technology. The larger working area and swivel range of the B-axis broaden the range of applications of the machine. Rapid traverses of 42 m/min and a swivel speed of 30 rpm guarantee dynamic machining and up to 30% shorter cutting cycles. The extensive cooling measures are unique in this machine class and deliver maximum precision.
  • DMG DMU 50 3rd Generation 5 Axis Machining Centre gives the highest accuracy thanks to direct drives and the integrated cooling concept. Compact universal machining center for 5-axis simultaneous machining.
  • With its low center of mass and stable design, the one-piece machine bed provides improved static and dynamic stability. In combination with directly driven ball screws, linear scales, and extensive cooling, it delivers a level of precision unrivalled in this machine class.
  • Robo2Go Milling offers flexible workpiece handling for small to medium and large batch sizes.
  • This setup will be the first in the Indian market.

DMG NLX1500Y TurnMill

  • The NLX 2000 are high-rigidity, high-precision turning centers capable of handling varieties of workpieces with superior turning capability ensured by the robust bed and outstanding milling performance achieved by the BMT (Built-in Motor Turret). The space-saving design allows for the easy establishment of automation systems. Both models demonstrate outstanding performance in a wide range of machining, from mass production of automotive parts for the automotive industry to highly elaborate and high-quality machining for the aircraft industry.
  • The NLX 1500 and NLX 2000 have been upgraded in the fundamental performance of turning centers such as reliability, accuracy, rigidity, and operability while inheriting the proven features of the previous models, including high-rigidity slideways. The ergonomically designed new cover minimizes the operator’s workload. The models are also environmentally friendly, mitigating environmental burdens with improved energy-saving effects.
  • A robust machine construction is essential for a machine to demonstrate its best cutting performance. We carry out simulations for torsional rigidity by the FEM analysis at the development stage to produce a robust machine structure that reflects the DMG MORI technologies in every part of it. The slideways are employed on the X-, Z-, and Y-axis for higher vibration damping performance and dynamic rigidity, which realizes outstanding cutting capabilities.
  • The NLX 1500 and NLX 2000 with the Y-axis specification enable high-efficiency, high-precision machining of complex-shaped workpieces. The 20-station turbine is also available as an option. With a variety of tools available, customers can facilitate automation for multiple process-requiring tasks
