Aaran 1 Expands with 4 New DMG Machines – Including India’s First DMU 50 with Robo2Go
Aaran 1 has taken a major leap in its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of four state-of-the-art DMG machining centers. The investment includes three high-performance Horizontal Machining Centers (HMCs) and one DMU 50 equipped with the advanced Robo2Go automation system — the first of its kind in India.
This strategic expansion is aimed at increasing production efficiency, improving precision, and offering customers faster turnaround times on complex projects. The DMU 50 with Robo2Go represents a significant technological milestone for the Indian manufacturing industry, combining multi-axis machining with flexible robotic automation for seamless loading and unloading.
Enhanced Capabilities at Aaran 1
Three DMG HMCs: Designed for high-speed, high-accuracy milling with improved capacity for complex and heavy parts.
DMU 50 with Robo2Go: Fully automated handling reduces idle time, boosts productivity, and allows for continuous operation, even during unmanned shifts.
First in India: Setting a benchmark in advanced manufacturing automation and efficiency.
Aaran 1’s latest investment is part of the group’s broader vision to integrate cutting-edge machinery, expand production capacity, and strengthen its position as a leading precision engineering partner globally.
“Our goal has always been to stay ahead of the curve,” said Gavin Price MD at Aaran 1.
“By bringing in India’s first DMU 50 with Robo2Go, we’re not just improving our own capabilities — we’re setting new standards for the industry.
”With this expansion, Aaran 1 is now better equipped than ever to handle complex machining projects across aerospace, automotive, defence, and high-precision engineering sectors.
Hear It From Our Team
We at AARAN1 have the desire to create a unique manufacturing experience for our customers and when looking for a new supplier it’s key to offer something more, hence why we have decided to venture into additive manufacturing with Markforged Metal X and composite printers to our portfolio along with the support from Phillips additive.
